Jinsha ruins to be built into museum

The Jinsha ruins discovered in Chengdu three years ago now has been built into a museum, which is expected to be opened by the end of next year. The museum will exhibit mysteries of the old Sichuan province after completion.

 

The Jinsha ruins has been deeply excavated since it was discovered three years ago. Archaeological enthusiasts were allowed to pay a visit to ivory, wild boar's teeth, ebony, jade walls and part of gold vessels unearthed in the ruins in March last year.

 

The museum is said to be more spectacular than the emperor Qin's terra-cotta warriors and horses museum, for advanced technologies were adopted in building the museum.
