【Abstract】The trace elements for pottery sherds excavated from Zhangsidun Site in Anqing City were tested and analyzed by using ICP. With some excavation datum and archaeological information, we studied the producing area of ancient potteries in Zhangsidun Site by cluster analysis and finally found that Liangzhu Culture and Dawenkou Culture did great influence on Zhangsidun Site, and the origin of Zhangsidun Site may be a multiple beginning.
