Male, Han ethnicity, born in September 1969. He holds a Graduate degree, PhD in Law and is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). He currently serves as a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Member of the Council, Chinese Academy of History(CAH); Secretary of the Party Committee, Institute of Archaeology, CASS (Institute of Archaeology, CAH).
